The idea of the regional project consists of building a more flexible transport network with more carriers regardless the mode of transport, more collaborative approach among the regional DO to acquire a higher buying power, to represent a more attractive business opportunity for local and intercontinental carriers and to set up a sustainable activity driven by enhancing the key skills and IT capabilities of the postal workers to meet all new legal EAD and transport security (PLACI (WCO and ICAO), Stop Act (US), ICS2 (EU) …) requirements coming into force.
