PIFS ePulse program for the Pacific

Tonga, Kiribati

About the Program

ePulse is a web-based M&E system designed to help Pacific governments track, understand, and showcase their digital transformation journey in real time.

Developed specifically for Pacific Island contexts, ePulse provides governments and partners with real-time insights to track, visualise, and report on the implementation of National E-commerce Strategies, ensuring that progress is transparent, measurable, and impactful.

Through the program, participating countries benefit from:

  • A user-friendly, country-owned system that ensures full control of data and privacy;
  • Capacity building opportunities for nominated national M&E officers through hands-on experience and training; and
  • Continuous technical support from our dedicated IT and program team.
